Pros
Most shopfloor employees are friendly and great to work with. Can get away with doing bare minimum.
Cons
No career progression if you are good at your job, would rather promote individuals who can’t do their current roles. Out dated, unreliable equipment including leaking roof every time it be rains. No recognition or rewards for hard work, management take all the credit. Big divide between stevenage and Bolton, in regards to lack of benefits, recognition and facilities. Bolton car park and canteen can’t fit current staff numbers, let alone have gym facilities and sports clubs etc. Everyday is fighting fires and covering others laziness. Company is living off old reputation and going down hill,
