MBDA is very paternalistic - it really cares about its people and looks after them. People are the biggest asset a company has and that is really acknowledged here. We also have a recognition platform, which helps us recognise one another - used for everything from a happy birthday or work anniversary shout out; a colleague saying thank you; a small monetary award; to a larger more meaningful monetary award - everyone likes to be appreciated.
