Pros
MBDA is very paternalistic - it really cares about its people and looks after them. People are the biggest asset a company has and that is really acknowledged here. Rewards are generous with flexible BIK and working practices. We also have a recognition platform, which helps us recognise one another - used for everything from a happy birthday or work anniversary shout out; a colleague saying thank you; a small monetary award; to a larger more meaningful monetary award - everyone likes to be appreciated. We develop our people - investing significantly in formal development programmes as well as giving us tools and platforms for personal development Work is interesting and evolves as you progress. There are even opportunities to work in a different function or even a different country We pride ourselves on diversity and inclusion - celebrating the contributions each of us bring based on our differences We network extensively - networks exist to celebrate LGBTQ, Parents and Careers, Disability, Gen-EQ, Ethnic Minority, Armed Forces, Neurodiversity and Menopause
Cons
Can be pressurised at times due to the agile nature of our industry - whilst I generally thrive on this, it can be overly stressful at times Not enough diversity at top tier executive level (Management committee)
