Beware of upper management - Installer MBF Industries Employee Review

Upper management constantly critiques work and time to perform said work without having any knowledge of what actually needs to be done to achieve benchmarks. Office management often walks production floor with criticism and doesn't allow shop supervisor to actually supervise install requirements. There is very minimal training yet they expect you to perform as if you were an established employee after only two weeks. Existing employees don't want to share what they know so it's impossible to properly train for the job. Also, the existing employees clearly have a "clique" and it you aren't part of it, your work suffers as they won't communicate with you.
