Worst company - Assistant Engineer MBL Infrastructures Employee Review

not a single pros of this company. Pathetic

Salary gets delayed for a minimum period of 3 months. Highly paid staff and seniors are highly un exxperienced . Alot of / Extrememly political envioronment. Company involved in serious tax evaisions and not depositing tax of statutory dues. including PF , TDS , service TAX, VAT and etc. Companys going concern is in danger.

Job is stable and secured. Good colleagues and bosses. Company follows its good principles and ethics are very strict. You will always find lots of training for personal development and technical growth as well. Work life balance is good and good leave policy. They adopt best technologies and have great infrastructures. Hence employees always get opportunities to work on latest equipment and techniques.

No bad things in company. Job training should be increased only.
