Methinks thou doth protest too much. The rosy picture painted in the last review appears to be written by management. Whether it was or it wasn’t, if you are thinking of working here ask yourself the following questions . If it’s a “Great place to work now”, does that mean it wasn’t it a great place to work before? Why? If “everyone is smiling now”, why weren’t they before? If “Profit sharing is back!” Where’re did it go and why? Ask them when is the last time a profit sharing check was paid out. If the employees that left (Most of the staff over the past two years has exited!) we’re all “disgruntled” ask yourself why we’re they? Why Have clients left also? Were they disgruntled too? Hey management, instead of putting the blame solely on the employees look in the mirror and take some responsibility yourselves! I would not work here. Toxic environment, broken promises (like the phantom profit sharing). Management is clueless about why MOST of the GREAT staff have walked out.
