Pros
Commission for 360 consultants, the employees that worked there
Cons
The worst place and people I’ve ever worked for
Basic pay is awful, drawing blood from a stone to get a pay rise
Monday morning meetings are so demotivating and boring
Team events are what the directors want to do, go ape, are we 10?
1am text messages from one director saying they’re not going to “pay pay” for us
staff work hard and there is NO recognition or reward or praise or anything. Pizza parties when the directors feel like pizza is the best it gets
Training is non existent. Anyone who stayed or worked out was mentored and trained by other senior employees
The office itself is tip, there’s just no pride in it
So boring in there, no buzz or vibe that you need and want in a rec agency
One director doesn’t do any recruitment which is SO demotivating given it’s a small business. You don’t need full time strategy
Sunday scaries are through the roof for most given you don’t know what erratic decision the directors will make next
Communication is non existent
After Christmas we were all made redundant out of NO WHERE, told we’re not allowed in the office and the redundancy process was handled by an external third party and none of us had any communication from one director and the other would send out robotic emails written by the third party. No apology
ZERO emotional intelligence or people skills
Retention rate was awful, they had more people quit than stay
