Pros

Young team and International environment.

Cons

1/ No benefits compared to other consulting companies : other companies are giving as a training budget more than 1K/Year. 2/ Business managers are not able to match between what client is requesting (Job description) and the resumes they have. Most (if not all) do not have any technical background. 3/ They will tell you, we have a lot of clients and good job opportunities. Except ASML, which is the biggest client, they don't have other opportunities. Except from time to time, DAF/Lelly/Vanderland .. will recruit by the end few engineers compared to ASML. 4/ They don't have a recruitment strategy. They count too much on referrals. So by the end the consultant will prepare everything to them. What remains to be done by them is to perform some interviews of 15-30 minutes and present the resume to the client ... who will do the real (technical) interviews. 5/ Management is the worst, employees don't last more than a year (recruiters and Business Managers), all consultants start looking for other opportunities before the end of their 1st year with them even if their assignment is for 2-3 years.
