      Pros

      Exposure to lots of different projects at Fill/Finish facility. Starting pay can be a little low, but raises come quick and bonus/OT pay is very nice. Overall culture pretty laid back.

      Cons

      Hour commute from Raleigh. 24 hr facility means some funky hours when supporting a startup / plant shutdown.

      Pros

      Good learning experience. Great attitude towards their employees. Great Work Ethic. Very Friendly. 3-4 family meets and greets a year. Experience in a top Pharmaceutical company like Pfizer.

      Cons

      Since it is a new company, the pay for new graduates may be low. It's an hours drive away from Raleigh in a town called Rocky Mount which is nit the safest place to live
