Pros
Job flexibility. High learning curve. Trust employees and zero micro-management. Participate in meetings with global stakeholders. After the acquisition by CD&R, things have improved a lot and definitely on the way for more better things with recently announced salary adjustment and additional headcount. CD&R isn't as stingy as Platinum Equity and treats employees as humans.
Cons
Limited benefits. Workload can be high, unpredictable and uncertain. Once or twice weekly night calls with other regions but this applies to managers and above only. Due to many acquisitions, we have to streamline processes and migrate many different ERPs into SAP.
