      Pros

      Good for freshgrad. So many things to learn and explore. The company also practise hybrid so it's nice to wfh.

      Cons

      Doing project is the only way to be seen in the company. Else, u will just stuck in your place. Quiet people will be seen as a follower, not a leader. Hard to grow in this company for an introvert.
