      Pros

      Experience. Definitely you will have an opportunity to see and do a lot of very exciting and interesting things. To truly appreciate this, you will have to push for exposure and ask a lot of questions, and take on a lot of responsibility.

      Cons

      Lack of competitive compensation. Lacking strategic direction and tactical execution. Despite experience, little opportunity for advancement. Too centralized.

      Pros

      Flexibility, opportunity to meet many people, different walks of life.

      Cons

      The only "con" I can state was at the beginning, and they had me demonstrate at a location too far from my home without any type of transportation reimbursement.

      Wonderful pay and benefits, including stock

      Cons

      Over years, company exchanged management and spiraled downhill immediately. Serious greed and cronyism starting from top management. Not what you know, but who you know. Not so much concerned with business operations as with personal gain.
