Pros

amazing team members and i love what i do. My supervisor is sweet as pie and tries hard to answer all of our questions. My coworkers are amazing and super helpful when i need it.

Cons

trying to get a question answered is like pulling teeth, no one has a correct answer or those answers change everyday. Rules and scripts change and you are not notified of the change until you see and have to adjust to the change immidiatly and it is very frustrating. Trainging was very short and i was never sent my information from training no matter how many times i asked and i have no idea how to contact HR its like they do not exist. I was told by another teams supervisor that there is a new policy that we are not allowed to have anything in our household connected to wifi, that only our computer can be connected to the internet but it has to be connected through hard wire not wifi (which is not what we were told when we started) me and other team mates of mine explained to this supervisor that it was not possible to make other people we live with not use the wifi while we are working, whether it be for school, entertainment or medical reasons, this supervisor then replied she was sorry but that was the policy and we will be sent out a paper to sign and if we didnt sign they would have to "term" us. needless to say we were not very happy to hear that. I will say i have not received any such letter yet stating that and this supervisor has since deleted her comment and we were removed from her group chat. some of my team mates have had trouble with getting paid, checks not coming in the mail or coming weeks late, or DD not kicking in etc.

Pros

The training I received at MCI has been outstanding and has prepared me exceptionally well for my role. The trainers are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping employees succeed. The training program provided a thorough understanding of company policies, systems, and customer service expectations while offering hands-on experience that built my confidence. I especially appreciate the supportive learning environment and the continuous guidance provided throughout the process.
