Pros

Does a fantastic job giving contest and commission opportunities for sales reps. If you show up, follow your job guidelines, and have a positive attitude the amount of money you can make is unbelievable. I made over $1000 in commission/contest money in 1 month. YES 1 MONTH!!!. Now the government likes its share but still its pretty awesome getting paid out on that level. The company is also faith based from my perception which makes it a moral place to work.

Cons

Once in management or in support (processing,TP,QA etc) the raises slow and the contest money disappears making it the decision to go into management hard. It's almost like this company wants to keep people as reps and believes that if you advance your pay shouldn't.

Pros

The training I received at MCI has been outstanding and has prepared me exceptionally well for my role. The trainers are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping employees succeed. The training program provided a thorough understanding of company policies, systems, and customer service expectations while offering hands-on experience that built my confidence. I especially appreciate the supportive learning environment and the continuous guidance provided throughout the process.
