It's a job; If you need employment, they hire just about anyone quickly. Easiest job to acquire.

Cons

Low wages, Overflow call center- meaning you get the grunt work- unhappy customers all the time. No real room for advancement. Have also heard from fellow employees about pay mishaps, not getting the pay for hours worked.
