Ultra religious - blogs about how you're a sinner, etc. are common. Don't let them know if you're not Christian. Very low minority rate employment, even in low skilled labor positions. Insanely intrusive "health" program, including weigh-ins with "rewards" for losing weight or not gaining during the holidays. The company switched to a 10 hr day/4 day work week and sold people on the idea that they were "giving" them an extra day off each week (nevermind they still work 40 hours a week!).
