COMPLAINT AGAINST M/S MCL WORKS SUPPLY PVT LIMITED SANJEEVANI NAGAR, BANGALORE This company seems to be a fraudster as they offered me a job of data entry operator with a target of completing 700 forms in six working days. I did complete 702 forms and they say two forms were incomplete. Subsequently they say 2 forms were incomplete then i debated how come so the next someone else call and said i have 20 forms incomplete The firm is now asking me to re-register after paying 3999/- (denomination and currency not mentioned in whatsapp message). On denial they are asking me to pay a penalty of Rs 25000/- for not completing the jobs as promised. The company has taken signature on android phone by finger ( Not a digital signature--which is legally invalid). Now they are threatening me to pay Rs 25000/- as penalty , however I have already completed the work assigned, else they will serve legal notice. The company is threatening and harassing me continuously.
