I dislike two days a week

It is a very unique work environment. Everyone gets to know each other, helps each other, and functions as a team. There's no "stuffiness" and people are comfortable coming to each other with questions, concerns and complaints - very straight forward which is nice. There's lots of ribbing and joking, as well as support through all levels in the firm.

Way too many hours..sometimes as much as 70 hours per week in busy season, and you basically work every Saturday from the 2nd week in January to April 15. Outside of busy season has it's busy times and slower times but rarely over 40 hour weeks. The dominating theme is lots of hours. I have found the pay is lower than competing firms. Scheduling of jobs is rough - your often starting new jobs every week regardless of if you are backed up or finished with a previous job. There is also not much room to advance within the firm.
