Pros
MCN Build is a family and they try really hard to take care of everyone they accept into that family. They reward hard work and long hours with both compensation and acknowledgement. They do a lot of community outreach and help as much as they can in the neighborhoods and give back through the DC metro area as well as philanthropy projects around the world.
Cons
Field staff is disconnected from the office staff. Often long hours and being overworked and stressed, especially in the summer blitz months. 60 work weeks are normal then.
