Pros
So many very kind people working for the company at the lower levels. There is very strong family atmosphere.
Cons
Management is extremely inconsistent, with many company-wide changes being made on a annual basis. This also leads to HUGE layoff cycles every single year despite management reassuring otherwise. I have seen many incredibly hard working people lose their jobs with no warning simply because the company no longer has a need for them. If you hope to work here as a kid right out of school, please take note that there is little to no career development or mentorship provided. There is very much a "good 'ol boys club" mentality with the upper management, with many decisions being made without consideration for the "underlings". Working long-term and actually succeeding at this company heavily depends on whether you have connections with one of the people in charge.
