      Pros

      Flexible work schedule Great Team Members Management is vocal and wonderful to work with and presents new opportunities all the time. Pedro, the CEO at the time of this review, is kind, passionate, and encouraging. James, the Founder of the company, truly cares about its wellbeing as well as those who work here. Dusty, the COO at the time of this review, is a joy to work with. Community Nights are an awesome opportunity to bond and meet your colleagues.

      Cons

      Work can bleed out of work time regularly due to time-zone differences between colleagues and the easy access to work communications. This is an issue with any online-based company.

      Pros

      MCProHosting is a company that cares about its clients and its employees. Always looking to do best by their clients and best by their employees. All of my colleagues and higher-ups have a strong growth mindset, always working to give the best experience and grow further! The best thing that I absolutely love is that everyone is willing to share feedback and listen to that feedback to help make changes to further improve.
