MCProHosting allows for you to have a fairly relaxed working environment, and they're not too time-strict on your working hours.
Cons
Half of the time the management team don't know what they're doing, there's current people in their position that shouldn't be and the level of favoritism different employees/contractors receive is at an all time high. Ideas get bounced back and forth and it only puts a strain on the entire development team because one person doesn't agree with the style of something being 'off' by a mere few pixels. They refuse to set up subsidiaries to cover benefits of workers outside of the US. They have a 'family' feeling, which never typically results well, and doesn't in their case. Their pay is lower than most companies, and support team works are offered very little nudge-room.
