Relaxed work atmosphere. Management seems to care about the employees. Friendly co workers.

The entry level pay is not enough for anyone to support a family.

Reduced prices on services if you live in the service area. One hour lunches (if you get a lunch at all that day). Overtime available if you want it. Decent healthcare and good retirement if you can stick it out for 20 years without throwing yourself off a bridge.

Extremely toxic culture in the tech department. Lots of backstabbing and gossip. Lack of proper training for the new guys. Overall fundamental lack of knowledge about the "nuts and bolts" of the job by leadership. Working hard/meeting goals rewarded with you being held to higher standard than coworkers making more money than you. Overall lack of good management/leadership in all departments. Only true way to move up in company is to be buddies with management. Despite company slogans, "going the extra smile" for the customers is frowned upon and will be punished. New guys with young children forced to work 2nd shift while younger single guys get regular shift with no weekends. No shift differential pay for the poor guys working late (NOTE: this is a common practice in every other company...if you pay more guys will volunteer for the bad hours).
