Pros

- Capable and helpful colleagues. - The environment is well-suited for individuals who prefer manual reporting, administrative tasks, and a slower-paced workflow.

Cons

- The daily work heavily involves manual data entry and administrative reporting rather than the digital marketing strategy, automation, analytics, or growth initiatives outlined in the job description. - The workplace culture struggles with cross-departmental trust, and unprofessional communication from leadership regarding other teams creates collaboration challenges. - The position lacks modern marketing tools, clear direction, and leadership demonstrates a lack of technical proficiency in tracking fundamental KPIs or utilizing standard analytics platforms.

Pros

Most people are nice, inter-team collaboration, company retreat, remote, RRSP matching

Cons

The work is tiresome, repetitive, and not interesting. Few opportunities for skill development unless self-initiated. Little room for growth. Salary is not competitive as advertised and raises are based on overall company so a slow year = little to no raises. The culture is seemingly relaxed but some employees regularly work through lunch and after hours or at least appear like they do. After-hours and weekend work are sometimes required depending on the team and client.

Pros

- Work from home - Most people are nice

Cons

- Salary is horribly low, they claim it's "market rate" yet all of their competitors pay at least 50% more - Your experience will be dictated by your manager, for better or for worse - Projects are interesting but your actual work will be dull - Very little opportunity for growth, despite what they will tell you during interviews - High turnover due to poor culture
