Always understaffed year after year, takes an act of congress to be approved for additional staff, annual raise is laughable regardless of performance rating, work tons of hours during personal time due to unable to complete duties during working hrs, no trust between leadership due to lack of following up with concerns or any communication with following up, management does not address concerns, allow employees to abuse FMLA which contributes to staffing concerns. Save yourself the headache and choose Methodist instead. I am told the salary is competitive and less toxic work environment.
