      Pros

      It was once a great place to work with a great team and good management, I was asked at the time to make a couple of reviews and complied but need to make a true review reflective of current management - good team members have left or been let go or are no longer supported.

      Cons

      This is a hostile work environment where when this topic was addressed with management was ignored as such most supportive employees have left

      Pros

      The work we do here keeps patients safer, helps doctors provide their patients with better care and has a huge impact on our families and communities. Feels great to be part of a brilliant, dedicated team.

      Cons

      It's highly complex work that requires very highly qualified staff and a seamless operation from specimen collection to getting results back into the providers hands. Tough business!
