Pros
Good people who are dedicated to the organization. Technology is interesting and there are some good managers who really are trying to do their best with limited resources at their disposal.
Cons
You expect MDA to feel like a company that is cutting-edge, innovative, collaborative and has great energy. The reality is that once you walk in the door you realize that despite how great it looks from the outside, the company is really dated, stodgy, stuck in their ways, and not overly interested in truly engaging their employees in any meaningful way (with the exception of some great managers who really should be given the opportunity to revitalize the company). Many managers have been with MDA for many years, and don't seem interested at all in updating outdated systems - many of which duplicate each other - processes or ideas. The company feels like it lacks passion in what they are doing. Offices are very dated, cramped, and dark, as are many of the "amenities" that the employees are offered.
