Friendly office with nice people, but revenue issues - Art Director MDG Solutions Employee Review

MDG has one of the most open door policies I have ever experienced. Leadership listens and actually helps solve challenges. It feels like a family and we act like a family. It makes work that much more enjoyable.

Some coworkers are supportive and create a sense of teamwork.

Leadership is ineffective and consistently overpromises clients on deliverables that cannot be met, leaving employees to take the blame for leadership’s mistakes. Employees are treated poorly, and HR is both unfair and unhelpful. They foster a toxic environment where colleagues are pitted against each other, and because of leadership’s history of hiring and firing people impulsively, employees are too afraid to take accountability—often resorting to throwing coworkers under the bus. Overall, I would strongly advise avoiding this company. Truly an awful experience.
