      The people there appear to be pleasant. The claim a good culture but the turnover tells another story.

      Cons

      Management are a bunch of conniving, sneaky, and backstabbing people. I've never seen so many disingenuous people in my life. I wouldn't recommend working here to my worst enemy.

      Pros

      MDG has one of the most open door policies I have ever experienced. Leadership listens and actually helps solve challenges. It feels like a family and we act like a family. It makes work that much more enjoyable.
