Pros
The CEO has a big heart and was an effective strategist and driver during my time there. One thing that set them a part from a lot of companies is their strong commitment to integrity. They were average when it came to work life balance - making some allowances primarily for tenured employees only. They did provide excellent compensation for revenue generating positions. I don't know about administrative/operations positions.
Cons
Poor training/accountability for field leadership. The managers, while not bad, were never measured as to whether or not they created or detracted from employee engagement. They seemed to be solely measured on the dollar metrics of the revenue producers. If a manager was fortunate enough to have a few high producers on their team, then what was the incentive for them to improve as leaders and seek out new business or improve operations and support for their teams?
