From beginning to end nothing but frustration. For example, it took almost 7 months just to get approved due to glitches with their technology. Then not responding back for months at end to any concerns. On top of that constant issues with technology, poor customer service support/IT support, lack of professionalism, and ethical concerns. For example, they do not prescreen patients to match with the appropriate providers. Many times this interferes with the therapeutic process. The focus is on volume without having the proper infrastructure and customer service/IT support in place to handle it. In my opinion providers' professional opinion and expertise are not taken into consideration to the extent that would have been expected from a 1099 independent contractor. Basically, providers are treated as employees and threatened by their "correction plan". This happens when they feel you are not following their guidelines (which constantly change). Finally, in my experience, there is no safeguard in place when clients are rude or even harassing providers outside scheduled sessions.
