Not Enough Clients - Therapist MDLIVE Employee Review

I work for another telehealth company and my schedule is constantly booked. I'm always adding appointment times because of the demand. At MDLIVE, my appointments remain unfilled. Similar to other telehealth platforms, some clients will change counselors frequently. They will schedule with numerous counselors or want to see more than one counselor at a time.
