Pros
I liked my time there and the amount of experience gained there. There were good networking opportunities with other departments. Company outings were enjoyed. I appreciated the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. The product is a good idea and has come a long way. People working there are good people for the most part.
Cons
On-call. Lack of mobility depending on job role and manager. Communication is something that you have to work for depending on the job role.
