Where do I begin? Upper management are complete idiots; they show total disrespect for human capital. They are people in power who don't have the experience, attitude or education to be in leadership. The Executive Team notoriously hires executives who work remotely and are completely unaware of the bowels of hell that is the Sunrise office. Although the CEO has some positive attributes, they are overshadowed by his micromanaging style and inability to empower the people that should be. Entirely too many overpaid and underqualified chiefs. What is the reason to give someone fresh out of college a director position and $80K+ annual salary. HR is comprised of a bunch of mean spirited sorority girls with an advanced case of schadenfreude.
