I have been in a sales role at MDLinx / M3 USA for over five years now. Each year I consistently make more money than the last. I really am getting ahead here. The sky is the limit for commission earnings, no cap! Sell as much as you want. It's applauded by Management. My desk is loaded with sales awards too. Plus, management leaves you alone to do what you do best and that's sell ! Very few meetings. Just keep selling. I feel very empowered here and never micromanaged. The health benefits are above average and very competitive. The 401k match is generous too (free money$$). Last, MDLinx M3 values work life balance. We have extra time off each year to spend time with our families. Oh, and we get free pizza every Friday and free coffee/soda all week long. Amazing.
