      Pros

      MDLinx cares for its employees by sharing generous benefits, hiring innovative leadership which empowers its employees to work in a nurturing, results driven environment. I honestly love working for MDLinx and can't imagine working anywhere else.

      Cons

      Company is growing very fast, has a fast paced environment, which may not be a good fit for some people. The turnpike has a mind of it's own as well.

      Great coworkers - everyone on the team is helpful and positive Lots of autonomy, we are flexible to work out our own solutions to problems and are not micromanaged Remote work and culture - there's a good balance between enough support and collaboration that you can feel connected, but not too much so that it becomes an interruption My manager is a good listener and offers thoughtful advice to help me solve problems and work through challenges

      Business is currently in a turnaround phase, hoping that the results from all our new initiatives and development can eventually pay off.
