Pros
MDS offers a great opportunity to learn and grow. I was given the opportunity for more responsibility than I would have had elsewhere, but there was always someone to make sure I was OK.
Cons
If someone wasn't cutting it, they were let go. There was a strong focus on professionalism as well as competence.
