Nothing good about company , no proper work life balance . Expect to stay late everyday. If you dont stay late you are not a committed worker of this company thats what the manager himself said. Be prepared to get involved with other work aside from your own primary job scope.

Doesn't bother about employees benefits. Always expected to help salespeople close their sales. And the reason is because if you work in this company you work as a team so help the sales close their sales. Manager is a person who likes to guilt-trip and doesn't want to improve company environment and work structure . Sales,Technical and Admin all to be careful before applying here. If you cant handle toxic culture.

The way we work is likely to change for the better as we adjust to what the new ‘working environment’ might look like. Which in turn will improve work/life balance (which was always pretty good anyway).
