Awful - Graphic Designer MDSolutions Employee Review

The female owner treats employees like kids. She’s super disrespectful and micromanages everyone because she believes no one can do their job. While working on the company catalog the female owner told us exactly what to do and then went crazy yelling and screaming that we were all stupid and incompetent. The rate of people leaving is really, really high. I wish someone had warned me before agreeing to work for this person because the stress of it was a nightmare.
