We’re sorry to hear your experience wasn’t more positive. For over 50 years we’ve worked hard to create and evolve a supportive workplace where team members are treated with respect, supported by strong leadership, and given opportunities to grow. We maintain high standards of integrity in how we compensate our team, serve our customers, and handle day-to-day operations. We pride ourselves that over half of our employees have been here 15 years (some over 40 years) that have grown from entry-level positions to leaders in the organization, who have found the job rewarding and have built deep relationships with their co-workers.
We have clear processes in place to promote fairness and accountability, and we actively encourage employees to raise concerns directly with leadership or HR. Open communication remains a priority for us.
