Great start for young professionals. Management will provide projects that suit your level. Environment to hyper-learn through objectives. Very little supervision. Providing opportunities to become a great leader. Management is easy to talk to and can provide professional advice when requested. As always like all benefits, you have to vouch for yourself for anyone to take a chance on you.
Cons
Company isn't always organized but which company is? Needs improvement regarding professionalism. Environment amplifies what you bring to the table. If you're not professional you will be prone to being more unprofessional, if your professional you will learn to be a stronger professional (super opinionated, take with huge grain of salt).
