if you think you are a software developer/engineer, this company will be you nightmare. horrible DB design and messed up technologies such as Perl, PHP, Ruby, Python without any documentation just a piece of cake for this company. there is neither design nor QA for a project, but many levels above you like leader, master, manager, director, CTO, SVP push/blame you on it. they might even think application/software developing is the easiest in their world as they could wait for 2 weeks just for system admin creating an account but request developer to finish an app in 2 hours.
Long stories to short, as a software developer/engineer, please avoid this company if you do not like work overtime under tons of pressure everyday and every weekend.
