Pros
Only good for entry level. Coworkers are nice.
Cons
Employees are paid different amounts based on "experience." Best to go through temp company first than to enter directly into the company. You will get more pay compared to your coworkers because you already know how much you should be asking for. Turnover rate is high because the work is terrible. Super understaffed and you'll have to pick up the slack. You'll have to wait at least a year if you want be able to get the opportunity to be promoted. However management is biased and will target specific people for promotion. You'll be so busy in the lab that you won't have time to even properly check your emails that they recommend you to check at least once a day. If you don't finish your tests for the day you'll probably have to stay late and finish it. The pay isn't good in general. You'll have to work at least a weekend day; Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs.
