Pros
The employees and direct managers are all easy to work with. There is a high turnover rate which allows employees to gain additional experience and move up the ladder quickly.
Cons
While employees can move up the ladder quickly, there is not much room to ascend. The company is run, by it's parent LabCorp, at bare-bones operating cost. Many employees are not given given raises earned/promised, and employment contract mistakes (schedules, wage, ect...) are made with many employees.
