      Pros

      Benefits are outstanding. The company thrives on feedback in the culture of the organization. The employees are very helpful and love what they do. The entire company has been remote since COVID.

      Cons

      Feedback on culture is rarely and slowly acted upon. The claims department is falling to pieces under the current leadership. Favoritism. Indecisiveness and limitef knowledge of the industry. This rolls over into the legal team who is over worked due to staffing. High turnover. Compensation is concerning to many considering the industry is paying more. This place is no longer the premier place to work. Limited abilities for advancement has damaged morale and caused people to leave.

      Most of the technologies used are proprietary, so not great for developing transferable skills
