Having recently joined the business, I have been delighted with the extremely warm reception I've received, right across the business, from the office teams, solutions, hire desk, account management, customer support, marketing, engineering etc. it's made me feel very welcome. The entire business is well organised, quality and service driven, which shines through across the organisation.

MEMS is a good local employer, who are fair to all their staff. Still a family run company. Great team spirit and good atmosphere. Pay is generally higher than comparable.
