Pros
Easy going atmosphere. Management easy to talk to. All employees are great, easy to work with. That's good because you'll be with them more than your family.
Cons
Engineer's try their best to meet crazy tough schedule but becomes impossible. Management tends to low-ball bids to get jobs. Work piles up, budgets blown out of the water (due to previous low-balling). Seems like it's more about volume than quality of work after a while. All for minimal compensation and no bonuses. For what purpose?
