Regarding compensation, we follow a process to ensure consistency across the organization. That includes twice yearly cycles, whereby employee’s eligibility is based on hire date/last increase and compensation level (higher compensated employees are eligible less frequently). We lay out annual budgets and work with managers and leaders to ensure the budget is distributed fairly.
