I did want to share some context on MERGE's compensation philosophy. We strive to offer competitive pay based on internal and external factors. We conduct two salary review cycles every year where we access promotions and merit increases - this process is structured and data-driven and budgets depend on market conditions and business performance.
Our compensation philosophy is grounded in the following principles:

- Internal Equity: We ensure fair compensation within our organization by considering the skills, experience, and responsibilities of each employee
- Performance-Based Rewards: We believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance, which is why a portion of compensation may be tied to individual performance and contributions to the organization.
