Toxic, unsafe work environment - Senior Business Analyst MERP Systems Employee Review

This is one of the most toxic, unsafe, mentally and emotionally taxing work environments I’ve ever been in. Middle management/directors gets away with hazing, bullying, and the targeting of individuals. Verbal abuse is the norm, standups devolving into yelling/cursing matches is also acceptable to them. This culture of retaliation and targeted attacks by a certain individual is well known by all of leadership and they continue to enable it. This is a wide spread and known issue, the person has been spoken too but has continued their bullying of multiple individuals. From what I’ve seen they have no interest in changing culture. If you are planning to work there be forewarned, watch your back and be sure to defend and document everything. It’s run like a banana republic so they don’t have an actual HR department. Also, all the positive reviews are written by leadership or their family, I would not trust it.
