      They hire humans instead of robots for now.

      Cons

      The leaders cannot comprehend that fire stations do not turn a profit and rely on other funds. The HR Manager shows up to meetings from the gym and hides employment information. This is a company that looks to get rich off firefighters, that tells you all you need to know.

      Poor pay and terrible management. This quasi-government agency is less about keeping qualified people on staff, more about earning from taxpayers, and self promoting.
